The Pretty Bizarre Pastel Witch

So I'm doing a couple of prompts one from Inktober and the other from Witchtober. Witchtober day 12 prompt.. A pastel witch. My palette is usually consist with saturated colors. My friend picked the prompt for me (couldn't decide since multiple ones sound awesome) since I never actually use this much pink in a drawing.
